Kearney Area Children’s Museum is dedicated to providing fun, interactive and educational experiences for children, which stimulate creative play and expression, while supporting connections within the family, the community and the world around us.
Position Overview
The Executive Director provides leadership and directs policymaking, planning, organization, staff and operations for Kearney Area Children’s Museum. The Executive Director works closely with the Board of Directors to refine, develop and implement a progressive program for the Museum’s fundraising, exhibits, educational activities and community outreach. The successful candidate will possess solid leadership and problem-solving skills, be visionary, creative and forward-thinking.
